Needs more work
Its a well thought out app but there are some limitations. First off please know that mostly you are paying $3.99 to have someone remind you to take a deep breath. The advice given is very generic and far too repetitive. It tells you to do things like. "embrace the feeling" "let the feeling move through you" "be present with the feeling". All of which is a bit fluffy and intangible. All of the advice ends with "smile" and the suggestions are given way to fast to really process so you get to "smile" often before you are ready to do it. Ive had the app one day and Im already tired of reading the same suggestions over and over.
Technically the photos are very relaxing but at the expense of being able to read much of the drop down menus. Too much dark text over dark backgrounds. This needs to be fixed.
Its pretty obvious to me the majority if not all of the 5 star ratings are from the creator of the app, colleagues of the creator, or people who got it for free as a test. If it were .99 it would have been well worth it but at $3.99 its not worth the money in my opinion.
